DELIVERY

  • Order processing begins immediately upon order placement and payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time is determined in accordance with the conditions of the courier company available on the website and selected by the customer.
  • An order is considered completed upon delivery of the product to the customer.
  • If product delivery is impossible, the order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
  • The customer is obligated to inspect the product upon receipt and confirm in writing that it has no visible damage.
  • Delivery costs are determined for each order in accordance with the current tariffs of the courier company selected by the customer.


RETURNS

The customer has the right to refuse a distance contract without stating any reason and return the product within 14 calendar days from receipt.

In case of a return request, the customer must:

  • Contact us via email at info@babyco.ge, hotline 577 30 56 76, or through the Carter's Georgia Facebook page chat;
  • Return the product no later than 7 calendar days from sending the refusal notice;
  • Return the product together with all accompanying documents;
  • Bear the direct return shipping costs, except in cases where:
    • The product is damaged;
    • The product has a manufacturing defect;
    • The received product does not match the description on the website.

In such cases, the company will cover the return shipping costs.

The company will refund the amount paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from receipt of the return request. However, the company has the right to delay the refund until the product is returned or the customer provides a document confirming shipment.


RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Returns do not apply to:

  • Hermetically sealed products whose packaging has been opened and whose return is impossible due to health and hygiene standards;
  • Products or services valued at less than 30 lari.
